「The room were vey spacious and clean, one thing I didn’t like the I inform the customer service representative I would like for my room to clean for the next day. When the housekeep knocked on the door, I asked her will she clean my and sheets on one the bed and her response, was would you like to put the sheets on the bed. No, that’s not job and we returned the room was not clean no bed were not made up and the only thing she done put other towels and a small tiny Dove soap on the bath towel....

「Very Clean and Very Professional Staff」

「Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild...
