「The property had no trace of our reservation. They did their best to find a solution but instead of a two bedroom appartement we ended with a one bedroom. We were told they would give us sheets for the sofa for our kids but they forgot. Certainly not a great experience although the staff tried their very best. The view is lovely though. A better coordination between the reservation on expedia and the property is needed.」
