"Fantastic location and high-tech vibes, but a few minor drawbacks. The location is absolutely superb. It’s within easy walking distance to NASA Headquarters and the Smithsonian museums—perfect for exploring the city. The room is very modern, and I loved being able to control everything via the tablet. It’s also a nice bonus that the room comes with a small refrigerator, which isn't always a given in these types of hotels. However, there were two small issues. The water pressure in the shower was a bit disappointing, and the heating didn't quite keep the room as warm as I would have liked—it felt a little chilly at times. Overall, it’s a great, convenient place to stay, but I hope they can look into the shower and heating."

"The staff at the facility were very kind. They were very accommodating even to me, who doesn't speak English. The front desk agent, Fernande, was especially helpful. The subway station wasn't far away, and there were many 7-Elevens, supermarkets, drugstores, and restaurants nearby. It would have been nice to have a map of nearby stores. If I had to criticize something, I thought the facilities were a little old. However, it was clean, very comfortable, and time passed by quickly."
