「This home was too notch! This is my third year in a row at sunriver during Memorial Day weekend and this location was superior. You can see SHARC from one of three amazing porches. 「We really enjoyed our stay at the property and appreciated the great communication from the hosts, especially their quick response when we had a minor issue with the upstairs A/C unit. Eric promptly sent a crew and kept us updated on their arrival. The house is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for family reunions or small groups. The firepit on the back patio became the highlight of our evenings after a day of exploring.」

「Everything was great. Maybe the only thing not perfect was the couch. It was a major upgrade from the last time we stayed but in was a little hard to my backside as far as sitting on it goes but like I said, everything else was awesome, especially for the price of a three-night stay. 「This home has a great location for all of the activities that we had planned for the area during our visit! It offers several spaces for gathering together and is large enough to find space for down time as well. The hot tub was a nice feature. It was great to have my dog along and the fenced in, off leash park was just a short walk down the path at the back of the home. The store is also very close which was a great convenience! We really enjoyed our stay!」

We had a minor issue and the hosts were very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. The location is prime if you want to relax in a quiet neighborhood and have a short walk to the river. 「1. Property was a listed. 2. Found 3 dead yellow jacket bees on steps going to up stairs loft, one live bee crawling on floor3. Live Spiders were found in downstairs beds4. Back patio deck chairs were filthy 5. Did not receive check in front door code at check in time, had to call to get.」

「Updated house with a cozy feel and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Also the mattresses were extremely comfortable! The bikes were well maintained and the location is amazing - a short walk to SHARC and village. We communicated with the host once and they were more than accommodating. Would definitely rent here again. 」
