I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly, Cecilia helped me to book different tours. I lost my card earlier and couldn’t withdraw cash so she also helped me set up a payment where I could pay with a link online and receive cash without which my trip would’ve been a disaster. Clean and tidy rooms as well!

Great Staff, great location!!! Highly recommended!

I was visiting La Paz just two days, and I found this hotel in a spectacular location in La Paz downtown: Many places to visit really close. The staff was very friendly and I've enjoyed a complimentary breakfast really hot! (I love it for a rainy day!!!). This hotel is highly recommended to visit La Paz in a fast trip.

Ripped me off by not acknowledging prev payment

Hotel was already paid for via Expedia. They acted like I hadn't paid yet and asked me to pay again. When asked to pay later, they told me their credit card machine wasn't working. So I paid in cash. When I later tried to get the money back from Expedia, they didn't acknowledge that it was their receipt! So I paid twice. Well done for ripping off another customer, hotel... we salute you.

No fridge in room like advertised. Hot water is only avaliable between the hours they provide. Elevator was always down two or three times a week, so lots of stairs to go up. Wifi wasn't the greatest.

O importante é você saber que no hotel não pode levar alimento e nem bebida. Ou seja você é obrigado a comer sempre na rua ou no restaurante do hotel. Fiquei 2 dias e 1/2 e meu quarto não teve limpeza em nenhum dia . Café da manhã é o básico como a maioria dos hotéis e hostel da Bolívia. O hotel fica próximo ao mercado das bruxas.

It's a nice and clean hotel located fairly centrally, however, steep uphill walk from the San Francisco Cathedral. At ~3800 meter altitude is a bit of a challange if you are not used to it.

Nothing nice about this hotel

The room was shabby.The carpet was filthy and there were no pillow cases on pillows or cover on duvet on top of blankets. The breakfast was the worst we experienced in South America.

早朝にバスで到着し、チェックイン時間前にも関わらずすぐに部屋に通してもらえました。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。ホットシャワーも温度、水圧共に完璧で部屋も掃除されていて清潔感あり！朝食はパンとフルーツ、ホットドリンクとジュースとちゃんとしていました。立地も、観光客エリアから少し歩きますが、地元の雰囲気を味わえる点を踏まえると問題ありません。部屋からラパスのすり鉢状に上がっていく街並みも綺麗に見えて最高でした！
