The property features three bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed and air conditioning, and accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. All bedrooms offer spacious closets and comfortable accommodations for both short and extended stays.

One of the home’s most distinctive spaces is its spacious enclosed and air-conditioned terrace, surrounded by large windows that allow you to enjoy beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez while relaxing, spending time together, or sharing a meal. This area features a lounge and dining table for six and serves as a natural extension of the home’s indoor living spaces.

For those who prefer enjoying Baja California Sur’s climate outdoors, the home also features an open-air terrace with a charcoal grill and umbrella, perfect for preparing a meal while taking in the surroundings and views.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to preparing a complete meal at home. It includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the essential cookware and utensils needed during your stay.

In addition to the six-person dining area on the enclosed terrace, you’ll find a second breakfast table for four next to the kitchen, providing several comfortable spaces for dining and gathering.

The entire residence is air-conditioned for your comfort, including the bedrooms, common areas, and enclosed terrace. You’ll also have a private washer and dryer, as well as high-speed fiber-optic internet.

Your reservation includes, at no additional cost, a luxury four-passenger golf cart, making it easy and enjoyable to move around Puerta Cortés and visit its restaurants, marina, recreational areas, and other resort amenities.

The property also offers private parking, ideally suited for one vehicle, with space to accommodate up to two.

As our guest, you’ll have access to the Las Colinas community swimming pool, a convenient option for relaxing close to home.

The property also includes membership privileges that allow our guests to enjoy Puerto Beach Club and Hotel Indigo amenities, offering beachfront facilities along with food and beverage service.

Please note that these facilities currently require a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per adult, per day of use. This is not an admission fee—the full amount is applied toward your general food and beverage consumption during your visit.

If you simply prefer spending the day by the sea, you do not need to enter either beach club to enjoy the beach. The beach is freely accessible. You can conveniently take the golf cart, park next to the tennis courts, and walk just a short distance to the shore. For a more comfortable beach day, we recommend bringing an umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs.
