「When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. 」

「Property and surrounding neighborhood is clean, friendly and well kept. Large number of tourists staying in the area. Loft was clean and beautifully arranged. Bed was EXTRA firm and old when we changed the sheets. Window view of the city but no way to completely block light from outside. Description was appropriate, host was amenable, good price, 20-30 minutes from most areas of the city.」

「メキシコシティの中心街にあるアパートメントホテルです。 私の利用した部屋は、キッチン・リビング・寝室・バスルーム2つ・ランドリーと1人では広すぎるほどでした。 きれいに清掃されており、滞在中は依頼するとクリーニングが入ります。 水も無料で提供され、1階にはコンビニがあって必要なものはほとんど買えます。 ベッドの長さが2mと少し短いですが、それ以外は完璧です。 ただし、チェックインに際してメール・電話での連絡が必要ですので、少なくとも英語の読み書き（中学生レベル）は必要だと思います。」

「The place is great and had ample room. The host was very quick to respond. There were issues such as no toilet paper that were resolved. However, the clothes dryer didn’t function, so laundry was not done, stool ring and lids on both toilets were about to fall off of which was reported and not resolved. Also, there were six of us for seven days with one towel each for the week - not VRBO typical.The most irritating issue was when midnight occurred on our next to last day, the lock code reset....

「We loved the location of this townhouse. Quiet little street in the heart of Roma Norte. If you are traveling to Mexico City, highly recommended staying in this location. Coffee and bagel shops nearby. The bed was very comfortable. 」
