"The Casita is an absolute gem! The views are breathtaking. From the deck you can see mountains, mature Saguaros, and city lights. The sunsets are drop dead gorgeous. Be prepared to be starstruck. We spent hours observing nature, reading , and eating meals from the comforts of the large deck! Now if you are wondering about the insides of The Casita...you will be equally amazed. Everything is clean and modern. The furniture is comfortable and anything you could possibly need is stocked. The pool is lovely with killer views! The owner is extremely responsive and makes you feel welcomed. After your stay, you will dream of when you can return. "

"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The only complaint I have is the temperature of the room. I'm menopausal and was unable to sleep due to being unable to lower the temperature in the room."

"The grounds and ambieance were excellent beyond expectatyions and the staf were extremely friendly. But, there was no hot water. And when we reported that, the answer was that they had been having probelms with hot water in the hiostoric rooms -- ours was a historic room, namely room 19.; They did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem and we ended up having to take ice cold showers. If they knew that there had been problems, why did they place us in that room? I also noticed that our room had access to an outdoor pagtio -- but there were no lounges to stretch out on -- just uncon fortable chair and a table."

"Host was very responsive. When we pointed out the damaged frying pans, he bought a whole new set of pots and pans and brought them over. The air conditioner worked well. Our week in Tucson was during a hot spell in March, with temperatures in the high 90s to over 100. This is our 3rd time staying here. We love it."

"The condo was very cozy & there is everything you may need in the whole condo! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking.. Bathrooms had shampoo, soaps, toilet paper. Having the washer/dryer was great & equipped with detergent & softener. We never lacked for anything!"

"This was a real find! A lovely 1 bedroom casita with private bathroom and shared laundry room in a beautiful and quiet area in the Catalina Foothills. The room was extremely clean and neat, check in process was very easy. We were able to park in the garage which was nice in the heat. Host was very easy to communicate with and provided an assortment of refreshments and snacks. Room was very comfortable and even had a humidifier. Overall a great place in a great location and at a great price! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Rachel!!!"
