The room was spotless when I checked in. There was no cleaning service done on my room while I was there, but that was fine. It was just me and I didn’t mess things up too badly, LOL. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for the things I was doing on my trip, and the price point was perfect. And yes, the parking was convenient and plentiful.

Some of these newer hotels are all look and no real bones. Very clean and service was good. Floors and walls so thin you will hear everyone around you. Has “amenities” but not any real way to use them without fronting extra cash. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Both my partner and I woke up with back aches, head aches, and with multiple wakes up throughout the night. Did fine in a pinch, but lower grade hotels actually have breakfast and comfier beds!

Clean room, sparse decor (almost sterile) and unfortunately no coffee maker in the room. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant t enough room. Big points for cleanliness. The staff was pretty detached, especially at the front desk. It was an odd experience, almost like they had no previous experience in the hospitality industry. They were not mean or rude, just very disengaged from the customer service element. There is a Starbucks right next door across the parking lot- great location and convenient. All in all it is a very clean, new hotel, with austere decor and staff that places little or very little emphasis on the customer experience. It’s a very price competitive and clean hotel. If the staff experience is not a bother it’s a great option for an east Tucson hotel.

The room was nice, clean, and close to the doctor's office where we had an appointment. The only negative was the entrace and other doors are not wheelchair accessible. I witnessed a man in a wheelchair struggling to open the door. I believe a hotel by medical facilities would be more easily accessible.

The hotel was wonderful. It is new and clean. I did not give the hotel 5 stars was the lack of any amenities in the room. There was no hair dryer, ironing board or iron, no coffee pot..I had a stove and refrigerator and no utensils to use them. A wonderful shout out to the night person Sanja. She was amazing.
