「Great location- only 1 blick from the center square, friendly staff, rooms are large and clean. The pool looked great, and the patio with the jalapa has a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend!」

「Staff were pleasant. The room was up very narrow, steep steps which was quite difficult to navigate, and we feel this could have been pointed out in advance. There was no hairdryer which would have been welcome. The fact there were hardly any other guests maybe caused the lack of atmosphere. We have since read that the hotel has a film about its history which is offered to guests to watch, but we were not offered this. There was vagueness about the availability of a restaurant for the evening...

「Llegar es super complicado, calles con mucha pendiente y estrechas, la via principal en reparacion, no aceptaron tarjeta, el agua caliente funciono has ta despues de las 10 PM, no tenian agua para tomar mas alla de la botella de cortesía, mala señal del WiFi, no contaba con cable y tenias que conectar tus cuentas de streaming (de hecho al llegar estaban las cuentas de algujien mas).」

「Esta propiedad no recibe tarjeta de credito. El cuarto no le servia el aire acondicionado. No tiene estacionamiento para el carro.Está en zona muy ruidosa. Eso si la persona que nos recibió detras del escritorio fue muy amable y atenta.」
