Stellar in every way. One of the best ‘stays’ of my 66 years of living! Standout characteristics are the unique off-the-beaten-path location in the hotel-owned 3000 acre nature reserve, stunning architecture, the high level of service and of course the stunning unparalleled views (especially from the cliffside suites). We've stayed at at over 20 Four Seasons around the world and this resort exceeded expectations even with such a high bar set by other FS locations especially nearby at Punta Mita. The food was by far the highlight, representing that Mexico City authenticity. The entire resort was architecturially exquisite and had plenty to do for my family of 4. It would have been nice to have some of the activities and beach bar on the main beach but that is a nit picky suggestion.

El staff es muy amable y atento. La comida es excepcional. El room service es increíble. Disfrutamos muchísimo de estar en el cuarto ya que teniamos alberca ahí mismo. Tres detalles no agradables: 1. Pagamos por jugar golf. El diseño del campo, extraordinario, pero en los segundos 9 hoyos, los greens en mal estado y el césped de los fairways sin podar. 2. Durante el desayuno, decidimos por el buffet. Nos ofrecieron o pedimos ciertos platillos los cuales no nos indicaron que no formaban parte del buffet. Terminamos pagado tanto el buffet mas los platillos. 3. Olvidamos los cargadores de nuestros iPhones en la habitación. Apenas llegamos a casa nos percatamos de ello. Chateamos con el personal hotel comentando la situación. Resulta que no los encontraron. ¿Pueden perderse unos cargadores de iPhone en un Four Seasons? ¡Increíble!

El hotel es espectacular, uno de los Four Seasons más bellos en el mundo, el personal muy amable, la comida muy buena, solo tuvimos un detalle al inicio ya que la vista de nuestra villa con vista al mar y al acantilado estaba obstruida por un enorme matorral pero nos cambiaron de habitación a una más arriba y todo perfecto, en verdad un placer despertar con esa espectacular vista y nadar en la alberca privada, las tres playas del hotel son hermosas, el atardecer en playa la escalera es irreal, la vista desde el hoyo nueve del cuidado campo de golf igual es espectacular, la arquitectura del hotel es una belleza que mezcla detalles muy Mexicanos con tecnología de punta y arquitectura de vanguardia, lo único que deben de cuidar es su lista de precios ya que cuando reservamos tres meses atrás nos mandaron una lista de precios de transporte y spa que no coincide con los actuales ya que tuvieron un ajuste importante pero a fin de cuentas nos respetaron las tarifas pactadas cuando hice mi reserva, en verdad una increíble experiencia y queremos regresar muy pronto a volver a disfrutar de este hermoso lugar!

Es un lugar espectacular. Lo mejor es que es un lugar muy mexicano. Artístico, pacífico. De difícil acceso, pero vale la pena cada minuto de incertidumbre. Maravilloso.
