If you are looking for a place just to get some sleep, it works out fine. If you are looking for Hilton type amenities, better look somewhere else. I was just there for the night so it was just fine.

Excellent place. We would stay here again. Older property that has been updated. The room was clean with excellent beds. Wide range of TV programs. Quiet even though it is located on US 50 in Rocky Ford. There is coffee, a small spacious refrigerator, luggage stand and dresser space. Desk clerk verified ID and took us to the room. When we said we were purchasing local fruit, we were furnished a plate and colander. We had an excellent supper at the Wonderful Wok at the corner of 13th Street and Elm Avenue.

I liked the room until we went to take a shower there was NO HOT WATER in our room. We let it run for 25 min never got HOT. The manager kept standing by our door. $85 dollars and no hot water and a man standing in front of our door and window Creepy. My husband did not sleep all night because he did not FEEL SAFE. The Motel was not open at 3 pm we had to call the number on the door. When she checked us in, she said they open the office at 8am, we left around 9am the office was closed and looked. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT THIS MOTAL, AND WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Oh, I all most forgot the people next to us had no HOT WATER either. I do not reckamend this motel......

Nice old motel off highway 50

Very friendly staff, actually went and showed the room to me instead of handing the key and letting me find the room.

Older motel but very clean. Beds were really nice. Service was great. They walked us to the room, opened the door, and did walk through to see if there was anything that we needed. Walking distance to eat. Very nice older mom and pop hotel.

This is a vintage property that is being updated by the new owners. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, housekeeping is on a par with post-covid (they’ll come in if you ask them). it was a very pleasant stay, and across the street from Sonic, if that’s your thing. The owners are keen to please- thank you for a pleasant stay.
