What a perfect place to stay in La Jolla. House is great, location is perfect, and the backyard is the perfect place to kick back between local excursions. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, park, and beach. Really can't beat it. We had a wonderful time and will recommend this one to anyone we know coming in from out of town.

Great location and amenities!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, but it was also nice hanging out in the backyard and having meals there. Would highly recommend this house!

This was my second stay at this La Jolla Shores home, and it was just as great as the first. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating — even arranged an early check-in for us and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The backyard was perfect for lounging, with plenty of equipment and seating to relax and enjoy the weather.When a small issue came up during our stay, the host responded immediately and had it fixed by the time we got back that evening — couldn’t ask for better service. Everything about this stay was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back again!

Great house for a family trip with small kids.

Perfect location just a few blocks from the beach and shops. The kids loved the large backyard and especially the treehouse!

Perfect summer vacation home for family!This is the second time that we rented this house, and we just love all the amenities, the location and the big backyard with all the toys for kids. The added pergola with a large picnic table is perfect: we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner every day outside.The house is clean, spacious and comfortable: we love the beds!You can walk easily to the beach even with a 4 years old, then in the evening walk to get ice-cream or dine at a restaurant.We are planning to rent again next year for a longer period.

Fantastic stay with kids!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location and the home could not have been better for our 4 and 6 year old who loved the back yard almost as much as the beach.

Excellent property and location

We stayed for a wedding and we absolutely loved our place. The backyard was perfect to hang out and sit by the fire with friends and the location was perfect. We would 100% come back!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful vacation in La Jolla. This house was perfect for our family. You are a few blocks from the beach, local restaurants, and shops. The house met all our needs - had comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and 'the best backyard ever' (according to my children). We would 100% stay here again if we ever return to La Jolla.

This house was super ,it worked so well for all of us. We loved that it was close to the beach for early morning walks and runs!! Carolines is great for breakfast.(good coffee) The fire pit was nice to hang out at in the evening too.We loved that it was so central to cafes , shops & even in walking distance to La Jolla Cove, the wildlife was very entertaining!Thank you.

Wonderful house

We were a group of 4 friends and had a great time. The house is set up perfectly to hang out, cook some meals and explore La Jolla. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee and a little convenience store.100% recommend this house

Wonderful stay at La Jolla Shores

This was a dream beach stay. We have small children and the location was perfect. We had an easy walk to all restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and the backyard was great for my children to run away. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect retreat

Christmas Vacation with family

This was the perfect place for us. Location was close to everything- we loved the easy walk to beach and the village. The house was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the great backyard area but it was a perfect place to hang out and relax. Communication was very good- tips about the area were provided, questions were answered quickly and check-in and check-out process was easy.

Great place to stay

This has been an exceptional trip for us. We did have a family gathering on Friday afternoon and the space was great including the outdoors with all the available seating. It truly was a “home” away from home.Super convenient walking to the beach, cove, and pier/Birch Aquarium.With our flights we will be leaving before 10:00 am. I will try to remember to text you when we are leaving. Thank goodness the weather cooperated with our trip.

Great location!

We loved out stay here. The location is amazing. So close to restaurants and the beach. The portable AC units in the bedrooms were key. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. You guys were essential in making our transition into moving our daughter out here feel seamless!

Fantastic Home, Great Location, Perfect Backyard

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. The house was perfectly appointed for our group of 6 adults. The backyard is lovely with a great fire pit, conversation space, outdoor dining, and space to play yard games. The house is located just a couple of streets away from the main street with lots of great shops and restaurants. It's also just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The property manager was lovely to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this home to a group of adults but also anyone with children as there is an adorable tree fort and playhouse in the backyard as well. 10/10

Conveniently located

This house was very comfortable for 4 adults. It is close enough to walk to the beach and nearby stores/restaurants. We had a lovely week long vacation enjoying the beach and some family time. The main con was the person staying in the single bedroom didn't have a room air conditioner, and it can get warm.

Family time in La Jolla

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems like a recent renovation but maintains the charm of a casual beach house. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the backyard was awesome - just as the photos show. Rachelle was a helpful host and responded quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property! And I hope to come back again soon.
