"This total gem was absolutely perfect for our visit. The property could not have been better designed for our two families (with 7 children between us). The welcome pack was outstanding and really helped us feel welcome and settle in. The lake and swimming pool meant that staying on site was a genuine option and we were able to occupy the kids with high quality activities without travelling. "J'ai séjourné pendant le dernier pont de mai chez Louise et son mari. Ils sont tellement adorables ! Moindre souci : elle y remédie ! La piscine est accessible toute la journée sans souci! Le p'tit point noir : le jacuzzi qui mériterait d'être nettoyé régulièrement car la saleté remonte à la surface de l'eau quand il y a des bulles le fait qu'il ne chauffait pas plus de 30 - pas génial pour un jacuzzi mais sinon tout bien "

"A little house with approximately 18 m2 inner space. The bed of 140 cm width can only be entered from the foot side and is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. "Another excellent stay at the hotel, the location is quite, plenty of parking available, we had a 5.5 metre van and were able to park it easily and safely. The room was a good sized and an opportunity to take the waters too. Staff friendly. Bagnoles has a number of good Restaurants but they eat early (19.00 to 19:30) booking. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is small, more like a restaurant with rooms and is very traditional in feel. It takes around 20-25 minutes to walk into the town of Mayenne along the river. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was very good. Staff are polite and helpful. There is a small bar near to the reception area, although beer is expensive. It is a great place to sit outside with a drink, watching the wildlife on the river. The weather was hot when we stayed and being an older style property, there is no air conditioning or a fan. As it is such a quiet area, we were able to open the windows overnight. If visiting this area again, I would certainly stay here, although not in July or August, when it is likelier to be hotter than it was when we stayed"

"There was nobody on reception when we arrived on reception at approximately 3:30 p.m. We then realised that we had to pick a telephone up on the reception desk that rang somebody. A grumpy lady then came to check us in. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful and the gentleman we paid was very helpful. The hotel is old and needs freshening up. It looks dirty and run down on the landings"
