Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....

"The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice too, however the bathroom had the smallest shower we have ever encountered. At most it was two feet by two feet inside dimensions. Don’t drop the soap. :)"

"This was an incredible location to visit. The house is historic, but well taken care of. As we checked in, my wife and I felt like we stepped off the street and into the secret garden. It was a peaceful sanctuary with many places to relax and unwind. The host was very caring and went above and beyond to look after all our needs. I would add that our room was air conditioned, clean and spacious. I really look forward to visiting again in the future."

"Friendliest receptionist (young female with glasses) I've ever experienced during a hotel stay wherever. Perfect explanations, prepared, pleasant and always with a smile. Thumbs up. Room was modern with all amenities, small fridge, balcony and nice bathroom. Hotel itself is small but seems renovated. Would come back."
