Gorgeous idyllic stay near Garde Freinet

We had a beautiful stay here, it was perfect for a family with kids who loved having lots of time in the pool and also with the village been a short trip away (15 minutes by foot and that was with a 3 yr old!). It also has the plus of being just 30 mins from Saint Maxime and some beautiful surrounding beaches. Thank you Valerie and Frank!

Wonderful place!

Beautiful spot in the hills-you will not regret booking here. We absolutely loved it and the pool Is splendid and house full of great art. Magical place. The owners are super helpful and did not intrude on our stay at all. Great place to stay!

Great Property And Fantastic Location

The property is in an ideal location 10-15 minutes walk from the wonderful village of La Garde-Freinet. It is also well placed to explore the gulf of St Tropez and beyond.Inside it has every piece of equipment you will need and is spotlessly clean.Outside has a great patio and pool area with wonderful views.Valerie and Franck, the owners live below and are therefore on hand to assist when needed.The review should not forget Sunny the dog, who was adorable!Definitely recommended!

Wir waren im Juli / August 2025 im Haus mit zwei Kindern. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zweckmässig ausgestattet, der Pool und die Sicht von der Terrasse sind super. Die beiden Vermieter, die unten mit im Haus wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto kurz vor Abfahrt wurde uns super geholfen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

We‘ve spent our summer vacation at this pictureresque spot. From the cordial welcome from our hosts, Mrs and Mr Wozny, we immediately felt completely at ease. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired. The interior is furnished to a very high standard and you can tell the artistic streak of the owners. We felt comfortable all around and can highly recommend this accomodation. Un grand merci à Mme. et M. Wozny pour ces vacances inoubliables. Jusqu‘à la prochaine fois!

Geschmackvolles, schönes Domizil; sympathische, aufmerksame Gastgeber

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, die Entfernung zur Ortsmitte unproblematisch. Es gibt einen fast unbefahrenen Fußweg. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Domizil wieder wählen.

Hier ist es einfach wunderschön!

Wir haben hier einen Urlaub zu viert verbracht- zwei Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (3/6 Jahre). Das Haus ist großzügig, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und auch für Selbstversorger die Kochen und Grillen wollen fehlt es an absolut nichts. Der Pool ist klasse, wird zudem noch vom Besitzer instand gehalten wenn der Mistral mal Blätter hineinweht und hat eine riesige Terasse mit tollem Blick. Die Abendsonne über den Hügeln und die nächtlich sichtbare Milchstrasse tun das ihre zum absoluten Genuß. La Garde Freinet ist theoretisch gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber es gibt keinen richtigen Bürgersteig an der Straße entlang. Logistisch wohnt man hier im Sommer besser als direkt an der Küste weil man so den üblichen Stau auf den Küstenstraßen umgeht und schnell in all die schönen Städte fahren kann. Die Besitzer sind supernett und hilfsbereit aber sehr zurückhaltend. Absolut ideal! Merci Valerie et Franck pour les vacances fantastiques!! Nous voudrayons retourner prochainement! Alke& Familie
