This brand new beautiful 3300 sq. ft. Lakefront home sits on Norris lake nestled in a secluded no wake swimming area in the popular Lakeside Estates. Tan Lines & Good Times is tucked into the wooded mountainside overlooking the water and your private double decker boat dock w/slide.

This 2 story open floor plan lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and sleeps 24. Features 2 full length 50-foot-wide deck (that's 1000 additional sq. ft. of living space for your enjoyment) all with beautiful lake and private wooded back drops. A large main kitchen, family room and fireplace is on the main floor; game room, second living area and laundry room on the lower level. It features a private boat dock for you to bring or rent watercraft, this double-decker dock with slide is just steps down from the house to the water. In addition, we have private parking for 8+ cars at the home, Free internet, long distance and cable.

The main floor features a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace and a great room. The large fully-stocked kitchen has quartz counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, microwave and an ice maker. For dining, we have 2 large picnic-style tables and a large island with additional seating. The large covered decks features another large dining table, adirondack chairs, and a large gas grill for large groups. Bedrooms 1 & 2 reside on the main floor and are king master suites with standing tiled showers and double shower heads. Finally, there is also a large family room with a large screen TV, seating area and a powder room.

The lower level features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, game room, second family area and laundry room. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 feature a king with twin bunks. Bedroom 6 has a custom built in double bunk beds that offer 2 king beds & 2 queen beds. Each bedroom on the lower level has a private bathroom and features a standard tub/bath with granite vanities.

The lower level game room features Ping Pong Table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, arcade, big screen TV, and seating area for hanging out and watching the fun! Walk outside to the lower level deck to a large 8 person hot tub that features LED lights, bluetooth speakers and a water fountain with an outdoor TV.

This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent.

Tan Lines & Good Times is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, walking trails, private boat ramp, golf cart paths, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.

This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day, our cove may look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock but the boat launch is available year round.

We had the best time at Tan Lines and Good Times! There were so many rooms with bunk beds and also a dedicated bunk room for kids who were older. For our 5 friend families all with little ones there was more than enough room and plenty of beds. The large TVs in all the bedrooms and main rooms made it so nice to set the kids up for movie nights. The area of the lake was so quiet and nice. The house is at the end of a cove with no wake zone all around. The slide and dock were endless fun and the hot tub allowed us to spread out. The firepit was gorgeous and all of the outdoor furniture was great quality and there was plenty for all of us! Can’t say enough good things about this house—very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Only *minor* downside was there were many stairs to get down to the dock but this was to be expected at this part of the lake and was clearly shown in the pictures. Sugar Hollow marina was also very close by boat or car and had great food, an inflatable course for older kids and a nice gift shop. I hope we can come back to this great house again!
