House on quiet shady plot, near sea, village center and cycle paths

  • Detached single storey house, facing south, located in a very quiet area away from major roads, close to the sea, the market of La Flotte and the commercial area, on a plot of 750 m2, closed wall and a hedge of evergreen shrubs. It will be appreciated by all, especially children for the available space of games.
    The private parking allows the parking of several vehicles safely.
    Classified 3 stars in January 2018, it consists of 3 main rooms (living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC) for 4 people. The attached garage of 30 m2 offers many storage possibilities including that of bicycles.
    The tourist tax, access to internet-WIFI and other charges are included in the rental price.
    Cleaning and linen hire are available on request. Baby facilities are available by reservation (bed- carpet langer- highchair)
