The house opens onto a spacious hallway with built-in storage, leading to a bright and generous living area. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, large worktop, plenty of crockery and utensils), a welcoming dining area, and a large living room with a television.



A utility room completes the property, equipped with a washing machine, ironing facilities, and ample storage space.



Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a television, and a second bedroom with three single beds (90x190). A bathroom with a shower is also available.



Outside, two terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. You will also benefit from a fully enclosed garden, a play area, and a private parking space, completing this 3-star cottage.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire house during your stay. The outdoor areas are also completely private.

The rate includes all household linen, one bath towel per person, as well as beds made upon arrival. The bedrooms are accessible via a staircase.
