"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"This hotel is fab! Our room was absolutely spotless, and so quiet. I loved having the kitchenette and being able to shut it off from the bedroom. Having a bath was a bonus too. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. I'd definitely recommend and will be revisiting next time we are in the area."

"Most staff were very welcoming and attentive. From start to finish a great experience Deborah was wonderful at check in, and Luca and the luggage staff were exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic and the servers were welcoming and on point. The servers at the afternoon tea told us that we might ask for as much as we would like but then did not make themselves available for us to make such requests. Suggestion: perhaps provide two trays at a time as we were four guests, and encourage the server to check back more frequently. We would have liked to access the pool and sauna later in the evening after returning from the park. We will look forward to a return visit !"

"The room and location were both excellent. I will explain my 4 star rating as I am an extremely picky person and hard to please, and most people would find their stay to be 5 star. The POSITIVES: 1) Big room with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. 2) Electric blackout blinds: a totally dark room at night makes a huge difference to good sleep. 3) Silent room: extremely important to my family. I suffer from a chronic illness and good sleep is the only thing that gives me any relief. 4) Great air con: The last thing I want is to be uncomfortable, especially with a young child. The air con is a luxury that I appreciate. 5) Location: within a stone's throw of the huge mall (Val D' Europe) and multiple restaurants and a convenience shop on the same block. Very useful especially for families with children. Things that they can IMPROVE (some are just my preference): 1) A safe I the room would be ver useful, as I was nervous leaving our passports and risking losing them at the parks was not a great prospect. 2) They should make shampoo/conditioner dispensers and hair dryers available both in the rooms, and in the pool changing areas. 3) The pool was very cold, even in June. 4) The music at the reception was consistently rap and R&B, accompanied by an ugly looking speaker they had on the floor. This made the hotel feel cheap, as they can easily have integrated speakers into the walls and have more neutral music playing. Overall, 8/10 for comfort."

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."

"The temperature in the room was intensely hot & the small window only opened a couple of inches. Frustratingly there was a large window right next to it that we weren't able to open and the handles had been removed. Staff stated this was law. It was a first floor room. I understand the danger, but it is also dangerous to expose people- especially young children and babies to such intense heat. It was so hot it made us feel physically unwell. There was no air con which to be fair we wouldn't normally use anyway even in hotter places we have traveled to (but then they have always had opening windows) I wouldn’t recommend staying here when the weather is hot. The room had a ceiling fan & we were given other fans but it was just circulating hot air."
