"This hotel is spectacular in every way. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent, the room was comfortable, the amenities were numerous and included a pool and jacuzzi, table tennis, and a weight room, it was close the airport and the shuttle was great. We have been to six continents and this is our favorite Holiday Inn we’ve stayed in!"

"It’s a Great place to stay especially if you are catching a flight back to the US. It’s a 20 min ride from the airport. Joeever, it beats the competition in the services of all the staff. Good was great too. Bonus-, the bellman, Henry, came to collect my bags and help me get on the shuttle to the airport at 4am! Bonus- the hotel gave me complementary brunch to go box with all the necessities to get you through the am. Thank you Rincon de Puembo - I’ll be back with my family."

"This hotel is a hidden gem in Ecuador. We stayed here for 3 nights after a very busy week in the Galápagos, and it was the perfect end to our trip. The breakfast and dinners were huge portions and always delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available for any questions. You can hike around the grounds to some amazing view points of Quito and the Andes mountains, and the caves are so interesting which you need a visit with a guide, but again they were really lovely and interesting to listen to. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and surrounded by amazing birds! A very relaxing retreat which I would highly recommend :) Thank you so much for an incredible stay."
