The apartment includes three spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. A second full bathroom provides additional convenience for guests. The layout comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (with host approval), and a queen air mattress is available for additional sleeping arrangements for $35 per guest, per night.



Two dedicated parking spaces are included, with additional street parking and nearby city ramps often available (free nights and weekends, subject to change). Please note the designated parking area is reserved for guests.

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire apartment, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer and dryer. You'll also have access to two spots for parking. Entry is via a private entrance with a lockbox and smart lock. Please note that this apartment is on an upper level and requires the use of stairs.

This apartment features three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Please note that extra guest fees apply for the 7th and 8th guests. Conveniently located near attractions like the La Crosse Center, Court Above Main, Riverfest, and Oktoberfest.



For Oktoberfest 2026 (September 24-27th, 2026), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking.
