Pre-Registration Requirement:
All guests must complete a pre-registration form via an `EnsoConnect` link to our online guest guide, sent upon reservation confirmation.
Verification steps require guests to provide contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for a $800 security deposit hold.
The $800 security deposit will be frozen (not charged) on the credit card and released 7 days after departure if no damage has occurred to the property.
Additional Points to Note
Compliance with the house rules described here is an essential condition of the vacation rental agreement. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including withholding amounts from the security deposit.
Occupancy and Quietness: Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times.
A penalty of $125 + tax per night per additional person will be charged.
Spa:
The spa is accessible year-round. Using glassware in or near the spa area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.
Smoking:
Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. A fine of $250 will be charged for smoking inside.
Properly dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation will incur a $100 fee for pets and an additional $100 cleaning fee to ensure the accommodation remains in perfect condition.
Noise and Neighborhood:
Please note that it is important to remain calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbance.
Visitors:
Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional fees as indicated in the price.
Damage and Breakage:
Report all damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Failure to comply may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit.
To avoid damage and breakage, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
Compliance:
The owner/manager may terminate occupancy and evict guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbing neighbors/residents.
