Basic apartment, located in the center, built in 1955, in a residence with 10 apartments, close to food stores and nightlife establishments, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink in winter, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a stream.
