Saint-Maurice-sur-Aveyron, Loiret, région Centre, France. Ford called le gué Pinard on the Aveyron river, on the borderline between the communes of Saint-Maurice and La Chapelle-sur-Aveyron. The land on this side of the bridge, right and left of the road, is in the commune of La Chapelle, as well as the ploughed field on the left of the path which climbes the hill. The hous on the other side of the bridge, on the right of the road, is on the commune of Saint-Maurice.

お手頃ホテルとしては、こんなものだと思います
この周辺で宿泊先を探していて、金額で決めました。いわゆるカーモーテルスタイルで、日本のアパートのような建物です。エレベーターがないので、荷物を持って、階段を上がらなければいけません。 禁煙ルームでないのか、どの部屋も煙草臭かったです。フランスでは、禁煙ルームでも、宿泊客がルールを守っておらず、煙草のにおいがすることが多いと思います。 お値段なりのお部屋ですが、シャワーで汗を流し、眠るには十分でした。 ディナービュッフェを食べるか問われ、「近所にレストランはないのか」と尋ねたら、ないとのことでしたが、翌朝、ホテルの真裏にレストランを発見しました。お野菜をとりたい日本人なら、このビュッフェは良いかもしれません。 ...

This garden is located behind the mairie (hôtel de ville, or town hall). It has two entrances : one to the north side towards the Avenue du Chemin Blanc, the other to the south behind the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville. This view is from the north entrance. On its north and west sides there are remains of the old town's fortifications, with a tower at the north-west corner (visible from the Avenue du Chemin Blanc). The war monument for the 1914-18 war, with a nice statue of a winged République allegory, is at the south entrance of the Metelen garden.
