「Very comvenient, close to city center. It has CASINO, Bar and so on. 」

「Hotel website showed free parking but hotel staff did not provide sufficient information about parking instead they give us paid parking info. Eventually hotel website insist there are hotel free parking but in reality there wasn’t. Unfamiliar place and new to travelers, unfriendly and insufficient support by hotel website. Regards Service level, bit disappointed. 」

「Average hotel」

「The hotel is centrally located in Murcia and close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool with a bar was very nice. The gym was clean, in working order, and free cold water was provided. The room was nice as well and had a Juliette balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay.」

Breakfast was ok, not much options for gluten free, but then again, no hotel ever is. Cheaper than other alternatives, but you get what you pay for and I’d choose this hotel again for all the reasons above.」

「La atención fue muy buena.」

「Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the...
