This family home of 90m² on a plot of 300m² with an enclosed garden and hot tub (available from 1st March to 30th September) can accommodate up to 8 people.

It comprises on the ground floor an open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hobs and all the necessary appliances so that you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender and citrus press). The TV lounge and dining room with Wi-Fi access opens onto a 20m² wooden terrace. A double bedroom (160 bed), an independent WC and a complete bathroom complete this level. The upper floor has a bathroom and an independent WC, two double bedrooms (160 bed) and a bedroom with a bunk bed. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, washing machine, garden table and chairs and an electric plancha are also at your disposal.

Former fishing village, La Bernerie en Retz at the beginning of the last century quickly became one of the most popular seaside resorts on the coast. It owes its reputation to its ferruginous spring and its famous saltwater pool, a unique facility on the Loire-Atlantique coastline with an area of 2.5 hectares that allows safe bathing at any time of day (without being dependent on the tides) for the great joy of young and old. This body of water, unique on the Côte de Jade, is also an ideal place for water sports enthusiasts. Take the paths that depart from La Bernerie and admire the panorama over Bourgneuf Bay and the island of Noirmoutier. Then head to the town centre of Les Moutiers and discover the magnificent Lantern of the Dead, unique in Loire Atlantique. Between two bathing sessions and rock pool fishing, stroll along the quays of the nearby Pornic City.
