Stay in this 33m² terraced house located 200m from "La Grande Plage", 500m from the town of La Bernerie and 850m from the large "Plan d'eau de Mer". It has two double bedrooms, thus accommodating up to 4 people. (One 140 bed and two 80 beds that can form a 160 double bed, travel cot available)



By a secure private path, you access the accommodation and its 20m² tiled terrace without overlooking neighbours, with a table, outdoor chairs, two sunbeds, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, and an outdoor shower for your beach returns.



To help you feel at home, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV lounge-dining room is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a booster seat and an ironing board and iron are also made available to you.

Accommodation without WI-FI and non-smoking. Parties and events prohibited. Bed linen and beds not provided. During the stay, there will be no renewal of bed linen, nor cleaning.

According to the booking platform, a deposit of €800 in the form of a pre-authorisation on a bank card will be requested at the time of the final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, subject to no damage.
