This beautiful apartment welcomes you in a charming and warm atmosphere for a rejuvenating stay in La Baule. Pleasant and well-equipped, it offers an ideal location for strolling through the streets of the famous seaside resort. Just 450 metres from the main beach, the sand, sun and water sports will be your best allies!



It is an 85 m² apartment, modern, tastefully furnished and located on the beachfront in La Baule-Escoublac. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The rental has a parking space and a 35 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is equipped with internet access via Wi-Fi and a television. As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at:

Beach clubs welcome children, near establishments where you can have a drink with your feet in the sand.

Nous sommes globalement contents de notre séjour, notamment par la qualité du bien. Toutefois, 2 petits bémols: - l'annonce ne mentionnait pas l'absence de linge de maison; donc, le coût supplémentaire a été découvert plus tard - le drap de protection d'un lit n'était pas net
