"I stayed here in the past and had a great experience. My experience last night was poor. The room I reserved over a month ago was given to someone else. My husband and I had to sleep in a double. Beds were too small so we had to sleep separately. The bathroom was too small for two people. Hopefully next time the experience will be better."

She was extremely professional, personable, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. It was clear that her leadership sets the tone for the entire team because every staff member I encountered represented her and the hotel exceptionally well. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and the team at Sonesta delivered it consistently. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality."

"Perfect for LSU move-in, move-out! Easy walk to Tiger stadium/LSU campus. Easy and close drive to Cedar/Spruce halls. The hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt safe in the unit, especially with the gated parking lot. Great value. Only minor complaint is the small bathroom, but the shower pressure is A! Would book again. "
