Located in a quiet residential area of L’Escala, the villa is just a 13-minute walk to Riells Beach and 10 minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park. The beach promenade offers a lively mix of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and water sports, while the nearby park is ideal for scenic hikes and nature walks. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival, and the house is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each stay. Covered parking and seasonal heating are also available.
