The villa is equipped with WIFI and television.

On the same level are two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.

What really makes the house is the large outdoor terrace adjoining the house with wonderful views of the sea, and the large swimming pool. There's no aircon, but there are a couple of large fans which do a good job. There was often a cooling breeze too. We had a couple of issues on arrival which were dealt with swiftly by William. It was an easy 15 minute walk to a well stocked & reasonably priced shop for essentials and morning croissants, bread etc A beach and several good bars and restaurants are walkable too. There's lots of parking, both on street and in the driveway, and the area felt very safe.

Lovely location but needs a good clean

We loved the view from the balcony, which is even lovlier than the photos. The beach (20 mins walk) is very clean and great for swimming and snorkelling. All the facilities you need are close and there is plenty to see and do. The area is quiet - all in all a beautiful spot. The house is spacious - and adequately furnished, but the big let down was cleanliness and broken / inadequate equipment. For example the kitchen crockery was grimy, there was a dirty mark around the pool. Various items were broken - such as the one and only sun parasol. The agent was responsive about this but to make this villa a real pleasure to stay in some cleaning and review of equipment is needed. Providing basic cleaning items such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets and a tea towel that is bigger than a hankerchief might help. We were also kept waiting for 30 mins on check in.
