Der Pool war immer sauber und herrlich erfrischend. Weniger als 10 Meter von dem Ferienhaus bis zum Pool; perfekt! Das Haus war super sauber, hat eine Klimaanlage und der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett.Einziges kleines Manko: Man konnte am Fernseher keine deutschen Programme empfangen. Aber deshalb hat man ja Urlaub. Um zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, a una muy buena distancia tanto de las playas más lindas (las de las ruinas) como del centro. La casa está muy bien, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones son geniales y la cocina está muy bien. El salón quizás es el que nos habría gustado que fuera algo más amplio pero lo suplimos con bastante uso de la terraza para desayunar y cenar! El trato con Cristina y Oscar ha sido genial. L comunicación muy rápida y NIE y muy dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema que tuviéramos!

Destacar que tant la Cristina com l'Oscar que gestionen la agència, son un encant a nivell personal, i molt profesionals. Sempre estan disponibles quant els necessites, per trobar una solució a qualsevol problema o necessitat imprevista, que es pugui presentar a la vivenda. Fa anys que en som clients i sempre ha estat així. Quan estàs de vancances en una casa de lloguer, aquesta qualitat de servei és molt valuosa.

Exactly as expected

Reserved via the internet, deposit sent by bank wire transfer. Upon our arrival, Oscar met us at the Costa Brava for Rent office, and carefully explained the contract terms in perfect English. I was then given a very helpful map of the area, and some suggestions were then made as to what was to be seen and done in huge area. Oscar then kindly drove with us to the condo, showed us around, and left. The property was as described, the air con worked well, cable tv supplied, a nice balcony was a pleasant place to have a drink in the evening. Kitchen was adequate, with all the tools supplied to self cater. Very very close to the beach, also convenient to local supermarkets and other amenities. Overall good Value for money, and pleasant service from the booking agent. Only minor quibble was the lack of internet access, which at this time of the year, was difficult to find in L'Escala, but as this was not an advertised feature, of course we were not expecting it, but it would have been helpful nonetheless. Recommended for folks looking for an affordable holiday at the beach.
