Two bedroom apartment with a nice communal area. Air conditioning. Ideal families. Cozy apartment, located in a quiet residential complex with communal garden and swimming pool. 700 m from the beach and the town center. Distributed in living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom bed 150X190 cm, 2nd bedroom, bunk beds 80 x 190 cm and extra bed 80 X 190 cm. A bathroom. Sheets and towels are not included. You can rent Sheets € 15 p.p. and towels € 10 p.p. Final cleaning € 80 to be paid on arrival. Tourist Taxa € 1.00 p.p./day > 16 years. Deposit: provide credit card details or € 250 cash to be returned 3 days after departure. Pets are not allowed

Anlage für Familienurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in L'escala dieses Jahr war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war wie es von den Bildern zu erwarten war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch der Pool in der Anlage war größtenteils sauber und in Stand gehalten. Die Wohnung wurde von uns mit 4 Personen bewohnt und war hierfür ausreichend groß. Lediglich eine Spülmaschine hat der Wohnung gefehlt. Jedoch konnte das Geschirr in der Spüle in der Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler gewaschen werden. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist relativ zentral und man erreicht den Strand so wie die Altstadt nach einem kurzem Fußmarsch. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt!!
