The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything necessary to cook just like at home.
The large enclosed garden of 548 m², with trees and no direct overlooking neighbors, will offer you a peaceful setting to relax on the terrace, play with children, or share a meal outdoors. WiFi is included and an outdoor parking is available in front of the house.
On the leisure side, the region is full of activities to enjoy fully. Less than 10 minutes away, Dino's Park in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will delight young dinosaur enthusiasts with its animated trails. Le Grand Défi, in Saint-Julien-des-Landes, offers tree climbing, paintball, laser tag, and pony rides in a unique natural setting.
