"This onsen hotel is well maintained and have beautiful view of Beppu bay. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here for sure. As of food, the daily buffet style breakfast was provided at nearby sister hotel and dinner at 2 different onsite restaurants (one in each hotel). This hotel doesn’t have public onsen but you can certainly use the one in sister hotel if you prefer public onsen over the private one in your room. Staff here are very friendly and helpful with anything. The only problem is the location, it’s less than 10 minutes train ride to Beppu station with local train but the train is only every 30 mins or so."
