Among the best accommodation I've experienced in years. Very clean and comfortable room. The reading area is fantastic, and the shared movie nights are a great idea. Not far from Kyoto station either.

This is an excellent property in every respect. Great location near the central train and bus station, Kyoto tower, and many restaurants and historic sites. The staff were super helpful. The guest kitchen and laundry downstairs were a bonus. The salmon bagel breakfast set is a great way to start the day.

Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and were able to speak English allowing for easy check-in/out. Amenities did include a private bath that could be reserved. It was a short walk from Kyoto station which was great for commuting.

Great place to stay in Tokyo that was only around 10min walk from Kyoto station. Loved the vibes of the hotel and that there were short film screenings every evening. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was nicely organised and cleaned.

I love this place so much, and enjoyed our stay. Room is small but thats expected in Japan. Overall it was an amazing stay, and staff are so pleasant and friendly. Will likely to stay here again, when we go back to Kyoto!

The hotel was convenient and close to the Kyoto train station. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The common area had a nice well equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea as well as an amazing library.

The rooms are very comfortable. The employees are friendly. The lounge/bookstore is a great place to relax. It is located about 450m from kyoto Station which makes it very convenient.

Great cozy stay in Kyoto

Amazingly decorated hotel, with relatively comfortable rooms (size a little bit bigger than the average in Japan), and on a walking distance to the Kyoto Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. Would definitely go back!

Close to train station and bus stops going to points of interest. Lots of great restaurants near the hotel. It was wonderful to do laundry after we checked in (after a week of travelling in Japan). Courteous staff and front desk employees.

When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff was so friendly! Any question we asked, they would look it up if they did not know the answer instead of saying they did not know like we experienced at other hotels. The room was very cute.
