Great service. I came at 12:35 AM in the morning due to bullet train issues but the worker there answered the phone when I called and reassured me that is was okay. The worker was there when I arrived and was very accommodating even at 1 in the morning! So awesome. I roomed with 3 people and it was plenty of room and the showers feel great. Thank you M's Hotel! Truly a wonderful hotel to stay at if you’re ever at Kyoto. The room was very spacious and clean! Staff was great and rates are really good. It is also walking distance to several Kyoto attractions such as Nijio and the Nisshki Market.
