This guest house is in a lane without English name, so you better pin down its location to find it. In order to get to your room you have to get your shoes off, get into slippers, go 6 steps, change to outdoor slippers, go 12 steps, change to indoor slippers, and get up about 12 stairs with your luggage to your room that has a bathtub sized for a year years old. luckily did not rain, otherwise my socks would have been heavily soaked, during this journey. And all these for $ 80. She called it Japanese custom, and I say for $ 25 I accept, but for $80? who are you kidding!!!!! On top of that, missing the 10 am check out time by 15 minutes cost extra 2000 yen/15 min
Imagine what kind clientele frequented her place in the past to implement such a rule. In addition to this there no hot water supply all day.
