The beds and pillows were very comfortable and shower was great. The location was excellent!! Took a star off as the carpet in the room looked stained and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacing, but they provide sandals for wear in the room. I would stay here again.

My experience with KABIN Minamiza/Gion was excellent. Very convenient location in Gion, easy to get to everything in the area. The facilities were great, big rooms and easy to access things like Laundry services. Check in was simple and can be done ahead of time, so you are ready to go the moment you arrive.

Great location, Kyoto is very walkable from the Kabin. Windows don’t open, so can get a bit stuffy. Rooms are a good size for Japan

I spent about 3 nights with these guys. I loved the location, the staff were helpful and friendly. Every thing was easy to get to including public transport to get to attractions further out. I wish I could be there right now, loved it!
