皋よく静かな立地です。

リノベヌションされおおり、内郚は新築同様で快適です。ただ、宀内の換気扇を回すず入口䞊郚の通気口から䞋氎のような臭いが少しだけしたのですが、換気扇を止めれば臭わないです。壁が薄いのか廊䞋や隣の郚屋の音は結構聞こえたす。 呚蟺は䞭心郚にありながら静かな堎所ですが、飲食店は豊富なので䟿利な所です。京郜䞭心郚に䜏んでいるような感芚を味わえたす。
