Family friendly and quiet place. A good place to stay if you want to experience the ambience of Kyoto. Love it!! ( it’s very quiet as it’s residential area) Very lay back and fully recharged after my trip in Kyoto! 7-11 / Family mart/ Lawson are about 2-3 mins walking distance !

Amazing Machiya house in the perfect spot to visit everything Kyoto has to offer! Comfy beds and beautiful decor made it the best place we’ve stayed all trip! The Garden in the back was very zen! Bath was nice and relaxing as well after long hikes at Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-Dera, ETC. Definitely worth the price!
