Family stay

This is an apartment hotel, near 2 metro stations. Its very clean, with kitchenette, dishwasher, stove and washer. Its very convenient for family with kids

مناسب للعائلات

الفندق في مكان هادئ وبالقرب منه متجر كبير لبيع المواد الغذائية وغيرها بإمكانك السير إليه مشيًا على الأقدام،، كما يقع بالقرب منه أيضًا حديقة النباتات،، أقمت في الفندق عدة ليالي، الشيء السلبي الذي وجدته أنهم لا يغيرون الفوط على الرغم من أننا نضعها على أرض الحمام كما هو متعارف عليه في الفنادق

As stated in other reviews, the stairs from reception up to the "entrance" are terrible. However, if you have your taxi or car wait, you can check in and then drive around to the main entrance, which has an elevator to take you up to your room. Same with checking out. Much easier that way. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Wish that we could have stayed a few more days.

Buon appartamento

Appartamento moderno, ampio e pulito. Sarebbe stato perfetto se avessero effettuato, come mi aspettavo e come fanno nelle altre strutture similari, almeno il cambio delle spugne. Peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto. La posizione è buona per chi ha l'auto, mentre per chi è a piedi un po meno. Comunque ci tornerei.

hôtel correcte

Nous avons été dans l'ensemble satisfait de notre séjour au twin appart hôtel, mais il y a un gros point noir nous avons été très incommodés de nuisances sonores autour de notre chambre :clients de chambres voisines très très bruyants tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin ainsi dans la journée bruit de travaux à l'hôtel.

grossartiges Hotel

wunderbares Badezimmer, (mit sofortigem warmem Wasser :)) ziemlich grosses Bett, funktionierender Kühlschrank, eigentlich alles Super, vermutlich wäre auch das Frühstück (3 Menu zur Auswahl, separat zu bezahlen ä ca. 5 Stutz) sehr gut gewesen. Besonders hat mir die Nähe zur Métro (die zwar anders heisst, aber kein Mensch versteht...) und damit die Nähe zum Zentrum, die Nähe zum botanischen Garten und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Novus) gefallen.... einziger winziger Minuspunkt: es hatte keine Nachttischlampen, sondern nur die grosse Zimmerbeleuchtung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Temiz bir otel, personel ilgili. Odalar geniş ve rahat, eşyalar yeni.Metro durağına 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar konaklayabileceğimiz bir otel. Tek olumsuz yanı, odaya giderken bazıları bina dışında birkaç kapıyı aşmanız gerekiyor ve resepsiyondan bina girişine kadar valizlerle merdiven çıkıyorsunuz.

Tosi siisti edullinen hotelli karussa ympäristössä

Uusi ja todella siisti hotelli. Mukava henkilöstö järjesti mm kohtuuhintaisen taksin lentoasemalle (ebookers sivuilla kuljetus oli kallis). Ympäristö oli kovin karu. Vierailimme vain yhden yön, nämä löysimme. Vieressä iso marketti ja kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalla mukavia ravintoloita ja kahviloita, jotka oli kyllä hieman vaikea löytää. Herkullisia ja edullisia ruokia ravintoloissa.

Clean, decent property.

Except for access (from reception it was up 3 flights of stairs to room - some outside), this is a nice property to consider. It is somewhat secluded (around the corner from main street) and in good repair. The staff was excellent - very friendly, helpful, and knowing decent English. Overall, I enjoyed my one night here and would consider staying here again if in this area of Kiev. GPO

Very Positive Stay

Very positive experience. Staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself seems to be a floor or so in a larger apartment building. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Some of the furniture felt a little cheap, but overall the place felt much nicer than what we were paying for. There is a massive and excellent grocery store just around the corner, and a metro stop within a ten minute walking distance.

Super market only a block away, quite location

Very nice and clean hotel, comfortable room, staff was friendly and very helpful . Always at the ready to assist you, with calling a taxi, carrying your bags or getting you some ice. I would definitely stay there again. It's in a Quite location, and very private if that's what you desire, and yet just a 5-10 ride to the heart of the city and kiev's night life

its good if you dont need to be close to the city. and its easy to treat it as your own apartment , but have daily cleaning. shopping centre is about 400 metres away to buy food , and about a mile away there is is a big shopping mall. staff are very helpful.
