O hotel é confortável e limpo. Sua relativa distância do centro se converte em tranquilidade. Não gostei de não terem me oferecido a garrafinha de água mineral que tinha direito. (Acabou e ficou por isso mesmo)

I think was very friendly! Some trouble with language - but overall was great! Would be nice to add some English channels to the TVs / everything is in Ukraine! And small trouble with gnats and small roaches

Very nice hotel

i was updated to a very big room. I enjoyed stay here for 3 nights. It is about 15 minutes walk from Metro station.

A simple hotel but clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk to percherska metro and 20 mins walk to Motherland monument. No bars or restaurants close by but easy to get into main part/old town etc to eat and drink. For the price this is an excellent choice unless you are looking for luxury and extras ... in which case go to Paris or New York!!! ATM in hotel lobby was also a great thing. Kiev is a great city but take comfortable walking shoes ... I did 70 km in 4 days!

Det var svært at kommunikere med de ansatte, der var kun en der kunne engelsk eller tysk. Men de prøvede dog alligevel deres bedste. Hotellet lå ikke midt i centrum, men lå 10 min fra hovedgaden... Rengøringen var fin, dog skulle de nok skifte sengetøjet når man "beder om det "

I was a little bit hesitant to book this place because of the bad reviews. However my room was massive with a amazing view of the city. I could see The Motherland Monument from my bed. Incredibly fast internet, only one thing they need to fix is the shower curtain. They just don’t have anything to block the water so when you are taking a shower entire bathroom is wet. Other than that I would definitely book this place again.

Huone ok, perussiisti. Aamupala hieman suppea. Henkilökunta puhui hyvin vähän englantia. Muutama respan työntekijä puhui hieman enemmän. Pystyi kysymään neuvoa, yms. Loput sitten osasivat sanan tai kaksi. Sijainti oli hieman piilossa ja sivussa. Metrolle kuitenkin ihan kävelymatka, samoin esim. luolaluostarille.
