"The hotel was a separate building with just two apartments. It could be easily accessed by car, so I would recommend it to travellers having cars. The host Bacho and his wife lived nearby and they could open and close the property and also provide any assistance quite fast. I found the apartment very big, with equipped kitchen, laundry machine, which I did not use during my three-day stay. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. "Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. "

"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4.
