The Shinsetsu apartment was a great place to stay, clean, modern and a short 5min walk to the supermarket, main road and ski hire/ski left facilities.

Family break in the snow

Accommodation was warm and comfortable, I must say it was great to have Netflix when cosying up in evenings. Kitchen was a bit short of items. Overall the location was close to many amenities. Agency provided excellent service

Apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and good value for money. It is reasonably near to several eating places and also the local convenience store. However, check-in procedure is somewhat confusing. There was no one at the apartment when I arrived and hence I had to call the 'front desk' to confirm that I had arrived at the correct place. Additionally, the allocated parking lot is not conveniently located. On paper it is only a short distance away... as the crow flies. However, what should have been the direct path from the parking lot to the apartment was obstructed by the accumulated snow. So human beings end up having to go on a roundabout (uphill first and then downhill) walk on snow/ice/slush. If it is not possible to allocate a parking lot ADJACENT to the apartment, then it would have been most helpful if the snow can been cleared to create a walkable direct path from the allocated parking lot to the apartment.

Very easy to fine . Close to everything . Room is comfortable . But 3 bedrooms , 2 baths are not really comfortable . Host is good , warm best welcome and give us all info we need . Parking is free but on the street . Should give some amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush or shaving set . Normally Japanese have us but not this place but anyways it’s really good place to stay . Defiantly recommend and will be back for sure
