The room wasn't exactly a pool view as I expected, we had a telegraph pole outside our window with a wall overlooking the staircase up to the level we were on. Trying to order certain drinks were unavailable as the ingredients were not there. We were close to all areas such as the beach, local stores etc.

照明が簡素で暗い。 大通りからかなり中へ回り込んだ道の行き止まりだところにある。 そのため、夜間はかなり暗く女性1人で夜7時以降はホテルから外出しない方がいいとガイドに言われた。 治安はあまりよくないと感じた。 プールでのんびりするだけの滞在ならば許容範囲かもしれないが、女性同士の滞在には勧めない。

The bed linens were so filthy and dirty, the bathroom was worst than a public bathroom, its all worn down and so extremely dirty, and smelly. Pls don't waste your money here.

値段の割には まず部屋は満足でいいと思います。 トイレもウォシュレットがあったのには嬉しい誤算でした。 シャワーの出が少し悪く排水がスムーズに流れないのが少し残念。 プールが目の前で使い易いし良かったです。 朝食は軽めナシゴレン美味しいでしたよ。 フルーツもあり ドリンクはコーヒーと南国ジュース。 私は次もありかなと思いました。 あくまでも、値段の割には良かく満足できたという事で、浮いたお金で買い物が多くできました。

- Kantstötta och knarrande möbler. - Beläggningar på väggar och golv i badrummet - MASSA URINFLÄCKAR PÅ TOASITSEN!!! Vi bad dem städa toaletten men kom tillbaka och fann toasitsen fortsatt smutsig - VIDRIGT!! - Dåligt vattentryck i duschen - Nedgången byggnad och poolområde - Ligger på en bakgård utan gatulampor Även fast jag inte hade höga förväntningar så är jag mycket besviken på denna vistelse! Lägg era pengar på ett annat boende.

立地は最高！

前回のよい記憶から定宿にしようと今回の旅で二泊と、三泊で二度に分けて、泊まりましたが、どちらも、まさかのいけてない部屋…2度めの滞在で又同じ部屋に通されかなり、残念でした。その部屋は、シャワーが、非常に難しく、少ない水でかなり時間がかかるのと、急に熱湯になるので、なんども火傷しました。ベッドを少しずらすと、掃除の行き届いてないのが、目の当たりでした。 ハウスキーピングをわすれたり、バスマットやトイレットペーパーもなかったり、かなりムラがありました。朝食も、少なすぎるメニューにも関わらず補充もされず、サービス面でも、かなり、落ちていると滞在２度とも、感じ残念でしたが、立地はやはり、spa.コンビニ、ﾜﾙﾝ、お土産やさん、スーパーと徒歩圏内で、立地だけはno1のままです。

Not bad for a 3*

Staff is OK. Only during weekends they are a bit slower. Service is not bad for a 3* hotel. Towels are clean but some have old stains or small holes. Although they were soft. Rooms are quite big for Kuta and the TV is great.

Room was clean, Ac worked great, staff were very helpful and friendly, 5 min walk to the beach, less then that to all the restraints and stores but far enough off the beaten path that it is quiet at night. Pool could use some Fixen up but overall would def stay here again.

房間充滿霉味，馬桶尿騷味房間內就聞到，房間打掃不乾淨｡冷氣壞掉請飯店換房間，櫃臺告知當日滿房，工人修到半夜修不好，櫃臺才同意給換房。早餐內容非常少，大概只有5種食物，沒什麼東西可以吃。整體而言，只有離海灘和市集近，不會再選擇入住｡

大晦日のためか2100k強の宿泊料金でした。 こちらも緊急避難だったので仕方ないのですが、 朝食込のプランで予約してるはずなのに、余分にチャージしようとしてきたり、 部屋を間違えたのに、自分の鍵ですぐ隣の部屋の鍵が開いてしまったり、 トイレのシャワーが止まらなくなったり、、、

Average hotel ..... good location!

On arrival we were given a room which smelt of complete damp so we asked to move. We were then given a twin room instead of a double as we booked but this room was much bigger and fresher. Location was excellent and plenty to do on the doorstep e.g bars ... restaurants .. nightlife and shops. Free bottled water was given each day in the room. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The gardeners were always busy planting and cleaning the area. However lots of pool tiles were loose and could be dangerous especially for children. The shower was warm however had outbursts of boiling water so again be careful!

Rooms smelt of sewage but other than that great pool and great facilities. I got it for £7 a night so I couldn't complain really but the smell is a big problem.. wifi works in every room
