Fantastic room, king size bed, GREAT WIFI, amazing AC, nice bathroom. The staff were so kind. The buffet breakfast for 6 US dollars had many choices. Good location, quiet at night. I walked most places or took a vepsa on Grab for 1-2 dollars a ride.

It was very clean and welcoming! The staff were so helpful when we asked for clean towels and to help us break large bills. This hotel is neat and the bed was so comfy and CLEAN. The shower can be wiped down or cleaned a bit but still tidy and no smells.

Absolutely amazing stay, I loved everything about it, all staff was welcoming, breakfast was always beautiful one thing about my room though where I did dislike was my aircon wasn’t properly working so we would sweat during the whole day and the night when sleeping and there wasn’t any fan so we did go during summer time which just made everything else hot for us. But everything was really really excellent will definitely come back again.

The staff here were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, accomodating and even offered us free upgrades and late checkout. When you need help, they go above and beyond to help. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, and enjoying it by the pool was a highlight of each day. The location was perfect, close to everything. With a chemist and 24 hour medical clinic a few steps away, endless shops and places to eat, nightlife and only a 10 minute walk to Kuta beach and Beach walk shopping centre. So very convenient. For the price you pay, truly a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend it 😊

Clean rooms, amazing staff.

The hotel is clean, well kept, but what shines the most is the staff. I had the pleasure to meet Gek Mas, the receptionist, who was so warm and exceptional in her helpfulness. All the staff was amazing and so caring to make sure our stay was worthy of remembering. We also met Lea, a server at the delicious breakfast buffet, who was always quick to a smile and always made sure my time at the restaurant was fantastic. When staying in kuta for a night or for an extended stay like I do, there isn't another hotel I rather stay in. Plus the air conditioning in my room is second to none not only in Bali, but anywhere.

Check in was a little different with a QR code setup. Staff friendly. Room was nice - we had the pool access room which led straight out to the pool via the deck. Enough lounge chairs for reading next to the pool. The pool is very cold as it doesn’t get a lot of sun. I couldn’t swim in it myself but I seen a few try their luck. Breakfast was good, eggs cooked your way and other options. Bathroom good size could do with a shower curtain or door but acceptable for the price. They didn’t seem to have pool towels which would be handy as I didn’t bring my own. Bed was comfy and they had plenty of English movie channels to choose from. Air con worked great. Overall for the price very good hotel. Easy to walk to night clubs or poppies lane. Heaps of great food places around as well. 8min walk to big shopping centre!
