「It's fair to say this is the best hotel I've stayed in anywhere. It's a beautiful old stone building that has an historically furnished interior. Because it's stone, it's naturally cooling (but there is working air conditioning, if needed). The breakfast terrace has beautiful views and is covered, so it provides shade and fresh air.
