Breakfast was amazing and kept us full for hours. It is in walking distance to the beach, a store and a pharmacy. We would definitely book again. "Our 4 night stay at Adavillas was lovely. (2 families 8 pax) It is a complex of villas of two floor and a root garden on the top with a private swimming pool each. Our (deluxe level) had breathtaking views across Kusadasi Bay. The staff is really kind and available 24 hours a day for any need. To get around or get into the city you need to have a means of transport. Thank you for the pleasant stay"

"Window screens or AC in the first floor is a must. Both were missing hence we had a difficult time with mosquitoes. Otherwise, as a family we had really good time. We loved being close to shopping in walking distance. The management was quite responsive whenever we needed help with showers, wifi or door keys. Hand and foot towels would be a plus. "

"A very nice location, friendly staff and great food, but under being a 5 star hotel. The hotel looks dated, with dirty carpet in the rooms, sinks has cracks, elevator to the beach area didn’t work at all. We have to use the stairs 3 levels. Walls has molded on the side. Honestly the beach area and the access to the beach looks abandoned. We are disappointed that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel on Expedia."

"Sadly this hotel was not of the quality one would expect by the price and advertising. Overall feel was cold and distant…rooms were small and the single beds substantially more narrow than standard single. There were strange “rules” like no outside food or drink (yet there wasn’t even milk provided for in-room coffee), and a €10 if you lose the plastic key card…what? Turns out Breakfast was expensive and be sure to ask if it’s included because the front desk told us when and where but not that it wasn’t included…big surprise bill upon check out 😔. The bar prices are outrageous and the pizza tasteless."
